Today I had a Tae Kwon Do class with my son. My daughter had her dance recital. My kids are still young, but I’m always amazed at their skill levels. It could be the trap of being their dad and being amazed at everything they do, but the TKD class was a good reminder that they can run circles around me.
At their ages, I played soccer and baseball.
I live a sendentary life.
I worry I’m transferring some of those bad traits to them.
I should allocate more time to taking care of my physical well-being.
